Role Overview
As an Adjuster Support Technician, you will support the Major Loss and Liability divisions. The role involves assisting adjusters primarily working on major loss and liability claims, providing training opportunities for those interested in developing into an Adjuster Technician with claim handling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to adjusters.
* Assist with specific claims tasks as directed by the adjuster.
* Help prepare reports, including typing and formatting.
* Liaise with experts such as lawyers, forensic scientists, surveyors, and damage mitigation specialists.
* Assist in managing claim diaries and issuing file reviews to policyholders and insurers.
* Manage adjusters’ mailboxes during their leave.
* Maintain ongoing professional development related to technical or legal changes.
* Perform any other duties reasonably required by the company.
