Your new role
As Housing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Housing Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of effective, person-centred support to residents. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensurepliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and housing regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll also liaise with external agencies, manage caseloads, and contribute to service development.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a housing, homelessness, or supported amodation setting, including substance misuse
2. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
3. Strong understanding of housing legislation, safeguarding, and tenancy management
4. Excellentmunication, organisational, and leadership skills
5. Ability to work flexibly and respond to service needs
6. IT literacy and experience using case management systems
7. A relevant qualification in housing, social care, or support services (desirable)
