This means you do need to drive and have your own vehicle to work for us. While many companies only pay Care Assistants for contact time, we believe you should be paid for every minute you work, so wepay for both travel time and mileage. On average, travel time equates to 10% of your working time, so put simply,working for a company that doesn't paytravel time means you'll be unpaid for 10% of every working day.
