About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and providing vital Sales & Lettings support and administration to help us serve our customers effectively. You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. Foxtons is a well-known London estate agency, so you will handle in-person and telephone enquiries from customers looking to buy or rent in London.
Your responsibilities include maintaining an organized and well-stocked office environment, reporting maintenance issues, managing the key system, and updating marketing displays regularly.
This role offers insight into our Sales & Lettings teams, including preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, and booking valuations. You will work closely with Sales & Lettings Managers to gather and source compliance documents from Vendors, Landlords, and tenants to facilitate deal completion.
