Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing (Immediate Start)Location: Dereham / King's Lynn area (must live within 45 minutes)Start Date: Within 48 hoursHours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30About the RoleWe are urgently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for reactive maintenance work within social housing properties. You will work in pairs to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Dereham and King's Lynn areas.Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive electrical maintenance in social housing properties.
* Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
* Work collaboratively as part of a two-person team.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Qualifications:
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting
* AM2
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Other:
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Ability to pass a Basic DBS check
* Must reside within 45 minutes of Dereham/King's Lynn
