The Role
* Claims Handler - Covering Classes - Personal Lines, Commercial Property, Liability and Motor Fleet
* Provide high quality advice and service to clients
* Processing new insurance claims notifications
* Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
* Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
* Contacting third party services as and when required.
Requirements
* 2+ years Claims Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Polite telephone manner
* Confident with all relevant MS office packages, OGi and Acturis systems Preferred
* Excellent organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
