About the Role
Connex Education is working with a number of primary schools across Ilkeston and the wider DE7 area who are looking for flexible Supply Teaching Assistants.
The role will involve supporting pupils in class, working one-to-one or with small groups, and assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
This position is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced Teaching Assistants looking for flexible work close to home.

Assignment Details
Roles are available immediately, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Work will include a combination of day-to-day supply, short-term roles, and longer-term placements depending on your availability and preferences.

Person Specification
• Recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting
• Confident working with pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis
• Strong communication skills and a flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
