Key Responsibilities
1. Secure and maintain the school site, including opening and locking the premises daily.
2. Perform regular inspections, basic maintenance, and necessary repairs.
3. Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the school buildings and grounds.
4. Coordinate with external contractors for specialised maintenance and repairs.
5. Monitor and ensurepliance with health and safety standards.
6. Maintain records of checks, repairs, and services.
7. Act promptly to address emergencies and unforeseen incidents.
