Were looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly and efficient Aftersales team. Led by an experienced Service Manager, youll be supported from day one with ongoing training, 1-to-1 development, and customer experience workshops to help you thrive.
As a Service Advisor, youll be the key point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised and premium experience every time they return to us for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
What youll be doing:
* Booking MOTs, services, and repair work for customers
* Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories where appropriate
* Liaising with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments efficiently
* Handling high volumes of customer calls, queries, and online bookings
* Keeping customers updated on turnaround times and workshop progress
* Maintaining accurate records and updating booking systems
What were looking for:
* A warm, energetic personality with a passion for customer service
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily
* Confidence in explaining technical information in a clear, simple way
* Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems would be an advantage
