Commercial Brand Executive We are partnering with a leading FMCG company who connect global brands with consumers across the UK and Ireland to recruit for a Commercial Brand Executive to join their team. The role is office based in Belfast there is a hybrid working model for this position. The Commercial Brand Executive will support the marketing team in planning, delivering, and evaluating brand performance and campaigns. This is a newly created role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career with a leading player in the FMCG arena. The Commercial Brand Executive will be responsible for: Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and trade activities. Assisting in creating marketing materials and ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and support brand performance reporting. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to manage events, retailer promotions, and product information. Maintaining promotional calendars and preparing sales, campaign, and performance reports, including follow-up actions and claims support. What you will need to have for the Commercial Brand Executive role: Experience supporting marketing or commercial teams within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience within an FMCG environment would be beneficial but not essential. Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be desirable Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools is desirable.
