We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our offerings.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals
* Track and report on sales metrics using Salesforce and other CRM tools
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry
* Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
