Manor House Country Hotel is a well-established, family-run hotel with over 30 years of experience, set on the beautiful shores of Lough Erne. We are known for delivering exceptional weddings and are now seeking an experienced Events & Banqueting Manager to lead and coordinate our events.
Job Summary
A hands-on role focused on planning, organising, and delivering weddings and banqueting events to the highest standard. You will manage each event from initial enquiry through to the big day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every couple.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage wedding enquiries, showarounds, and bookings
* Meet with couples to plan all aspects of their wedding day
* Coordinate wedding timelines, room setups, and event details
* Liaise with kitchen, bar, and banqueting teams to ensure smooth service
* Lead and oversee weddings and events on the day
* Act as the main point of contact for couples and guests
* Ensure high standards of service throughout all events
* Supervise and support banqueting staff
* Provide occasional Duty Manager support when required
Requirements
* Previous experience in weddings, events, or banqueting management
* Background in hospitality or hotel operations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
