Job Description Summary
Develop and maximise business opportunities in the Intermediary mortgage market, building and strengthening relationships with brokers to help them meet the needs of their clients. This role will be the face of LBG in the Intermediary Market and will work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver challenging targets. Working closely with key stakeholders to develop business opportunities for increased income and growth across Intermediary Mortgages.
Job Description
Develops prescribed solutions and generates new opportunities by maintaining relationships with customers (small and medium sized companies, retail clients, high net worth individual customers, etc.) to ensure their needs are met and/or supervises an account management team working within established systems.
Manages relationships with small clients to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in managing more important client and customer relationships.
Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
Helps senior colleagues reach predetermined targets and/or customer service standards (e.g. productivity targets, turnaround times, etc.) by acting as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support activities.
Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.
Sets short term objectives and helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems.
Explores issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers.
Provides input into the development of procedures for an area within the organisation, then monitors the implementation of those procedures.
Provides advice on designing new processes and systems to achieve professional standards and desired outcomes.
Assigns short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations and follow established timelines.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
