About the Role This is a hands-on supervisory position within a fast-growing warehouse environment. You'll oversee day-to-day activities on the warehouse floor, provide strong guidance to the team, and ensure safe, efficient, high‑standard production and despatch. This role begins on a temporary basis, with a planned transition into a full-time permanent role. What You'll Be Doing Supervising daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth workflow. Providing structure, guidance, and support to team members. Acting as a buffer for the team-resolving issues and maintaining confident operations. Coordinating production, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock tasks. Taking responsibility for the building while on site-safety, security, readiness. Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and presentation. Supporting continuous improvement as the operation grows. Assisting with onboarding and training new staff. What We're Looking For Essential: Experience supervising in a warehouse or production setting. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownership. Must be happy to work a late shift (3pm-10pm). Supportive leadership style. Forklift licence (FL) - this is a must.Nice to Have: Experience in fast‑growing operational environments.
