This is a 2:1 care role, giving you the time, space, and continuity to deliver nursing the way it should be: personal, unhurried, and centred on the person in front of you. What You’ll Do Your clinical expertise and compassion will shape each day. You will: Safely administer and monitor PEG feeding Manage oxygen therapy and support respiratory care Promote comfort through postural care, mobility support, and pressure area management Deliver tailored clinical care plans that support independence and wellbeing Work collaboratively with the client, their family, and the wider multidisciplinary team This is nursing with real purpose and presence — not rushing from patient to patient, but truly being there.
