About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 93 children. Our friendly and passionate team is dedicated to giving children the best start through playful teaching, responsive interactions, and engaging environments. The nursery includes art lessons from a local art teacher, enhancing our creative offerings. Located in a lovely market town, we benefit from good transport links to Abingdon, Oxford, Didcot, and Faringdon, ensuring easy accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
* Experience working with children under 5
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse is desirable.
