Your Responsibilities
As a Drama ECT, your duties include:
* Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4.
* Working closely with your mentor to develop your teaching practice.
* Encouraging students to explore performance, script work, and improvisation.
* Participating in school productions, theatre trips, and extracurricular drama activities.
* Fostering a love for the performing arts and developing students' communication and teamwork skills.
