Finance Global Process Owner - Source to Pay
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to shape our global S2P operations. As the Global Process Owner, you’ll drive standardisation, innovation, and operational excellence across our Source‑to‑Pay processes.
Responsibilities
* Define and lead the global S2P vision and roadmap.
* Drive end‑to‑end process alignment, simplification, and standardisation.
* Champion a customer‑centric approach to enhance user experience.
* Identify and implement improvements using industry benchmarks and best practices.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Act as the central SME for S2P process excellence.
* Enhance the efficiency and scope of shared services.
* Partner with IT to deploy tools, improve workflows, and drive automation.
* Evaluate and prioritise technology initiatives and change requests.
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
* Monitor risk areas and implement mitigation strategies.
* Work across Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams in a matrix structure to align goals and deliver global initiatives.
* Lead change initiatives and promote adoption through effective communication and engagement.
* Develop process documentation and training programmes.
* Build and support a super‑user and SME community.
* Establish data governance and improve data quality.
* Strengthen reporting and analytics to support decision‑making.
* Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
* Drive migration to a single office or remote as required.
Qualifications
* Education: University degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain. MBA or professional certifications (Six Sigma, APICS) preferred.
* Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent.
* Experience: 5+ years in S2P, procurement or finance leadership roles; proven experience in global process ownership, standardisation, and automation; strong project management (Agile a plus); hands‑on ERP experience (MS Dynamics preferred); skilled in performance measurement, data analysis and risk management; effective communicator and collaborator across diverse global teams; occasional international travel.
