Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling
* Supervise and support front line operational teams
* Monitor patrol equipment and performance
* Manage time and attendance systems
* Respond to incidents including key holding and alarm activations
* Participate and advise in development of staff and strategic planning
* Monitor and oversee contingency planning of manpower
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
* Collect, disseminate, and distribute to operational managers, all information regarding operational issues, which require immediate attention. Expedite follow up action as required to resolve such problems
* Address and resolve customer and client queries professionally
* Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate systems and data
* Ensure staff hours are manged in line with the European working time directive
Candidate Requirements:
* Full clean UK Driving licence essential
* Front line SIA licence Desirable however training can be provided to the right candidate
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Flexible and reliable approach
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in the English language
* Must be able to work as part of a team
