Are you CIM qualified, with proven experience of marketing within a professional, service driven brand that has given you expertise in coming up with digital marketing strategies? Are you as comfortable managing a small team as you are using web and social media tools and video content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest? Then this could just be your ideal next career move as we’re looking for a confident, dynamic and driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our friendly team.
Early Excellence is a leading provider of early years and early primary services in England, with an emerging reputation internationally. Our mission is to support the development of quality practice in the early years (birth-7 years) by providing highly specialised, high-quality and expert driven services and products in three main areas: school improvement and bespoke consultancy, teacher professional development and training; educational furniture and resources.
A great opportunity to step up into a more senior marketing role within a highly regarded, well established SME, you’ll be responsible for planning all of our customer communications. That means reaching out to, and engaging with, schools through regional events, digital campaigns, online CPD and a wide range of content/free resources. Along the way, you’ll get to collaborate with the Director of School Services, who oversees our expert educational brand and professional voice, as well as the sale of products and services that support school improvement, teacher development and improved learning environments for children. What’s more, you’ll have significant input into the design and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business that’s designed to nurture existing customers whilst driving new enquiries from MATs, school leaders and teachers alike.
Ideally, we’re looking for a locally based marketing comms specialist who can hit the ground running. As well as the confidence to maintain current communication activities, you’ll need the drive and focus it takes to help shape a marketing communication plan based around key sales funnels, sales targets and KPIs. You’ll also need an understanding of how to drive enquiries from existing and new customers through campaigns using email/social media/Google and impactful web pages, landing pages and automated enquiry forms. Because the company has an attractive, well-established look and feel, your flair for maintaining a brand through a keen eye for design and good content will have every chance to shine, as will your passion for capturing and analysing customer data.
In return for your skills and experience, you can look forward to some great benefits, including:
* 25 days holiday, plus bank holiday (with 1 extra day after 5 & 10 years)
* Day off on your birthday (or nearest day possible)
* Recognition of Service vouchers
* Meals out and take aways in
* Free tea and coffee, free parking
* 25% staff discount on resources
* Easter Eggs/Advent calendars
* Christmas Bonus
* Annual Discretionary Bonus
So, if you’re an ambitious marketing professional who’s looking to make a difference, and have the dedication and passion to build purposeful engagement with busy professionals, apply today by sending a covering letter and your CV to liz@earlyexcellence.com
