The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a broad range of sophisticated family law matters, including:
* High-value financial remedy proceedings
* Complex jurisdictional disputes and forum issues
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Private children matters, often with an international dimension
* Cohabitation and wealth protection strategies
The work is intellectually challenging, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements, trusts, business assets, and reputationally sensitive cases.

Candidate Profile
* 3–7 years’ PQE gained at a leading regional, City, or international firm
* Strong technical grounding in family law, particularly financial remedies
* Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
* Excellent client handling skills and a high level of discretion
* A commercial, solutions-focused approach
