About the Role !\n\nWe are seeking a Signage Contract Manager to oversee contracts for the design, manufacture, and installation of diverse signage projects - including construction site signs, building signage, and commercial displays. This role also involves attending site visits and meetings across the UK.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the signage and/or construction industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nContract Review: Assess client contracts to ensure timelines and requirements can be met.\nFinancial Management: Track costs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial agreements.\nCompliance: Ensure all projects meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nProject Monitoring: Oversee progress, resolve issues, and work closely with the project manager to maintain schedules.\nStakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.\nContract Closure: Manage documentation, handovers, follow-ups, and payment applications.\nSubcontract Operations: Negotiate and manage subcontractor relationships.Skills & Experience\n\nSSSTS and CSCS cards (required).\nFull UK driving licence.\nProven experience in the signage and/or construction industry.\nStrong project management, budgeting, and cost control skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.\nHands-on approach, able to assist with installation if required.\nTeam player with a proactive attitude.Why Join Us?\n\nOpportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects nationwide.\nBe part of a mission-driven organisation making a positive impact in the community.\nCompetitive pay with potential for progression. \n\nIf this is something your interested in please send your CV
