You’ll set clear expectations and define what success looks like, while leading from the front by managing your own accounts and demonstrating best‑in‑class account management. Working closely with sales leadership, you’ll help shape smarter processes that strengthen relationships and drive revenue. Using your Salesforce expertise, you’ll ensure your team is equipped to turn data into insight‑understanding performance, identifying gaps, and taking action to deliver results. To succeed in this role you will be a results‑driven commercial leader with a track record of driving sales growth, optimising performance, and delivering strategic outcomes. You’ll already be an expert Salesforce user, with experience in the full suite of sales enablement tools including; Sales Engagement or similar, automation tools, Agentic AI desirable, and be highly proficient in driving daily activity and KPI performance through team and individual dashboards and reporting.
