About the Role As an accredited counsellor with a Counselling for Depression qualification, you’ll bring your expertise to support clients experiencing challenges such as low mood, depression, and anxiety. Your ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships will be at the heart of helping individuals achieve real and lasting change. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least one day per week providing face-to-face support from one of our high-quality hubs, with the remainder of your time spent delivering therapy remotely via video sessions. You will also commit to working at least one late shift per week (until 8pm) to help us offer accessible evening appointments in line with client needs and contractual requirements. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service About You We’d love to hear from you if you: Hold a Diploma in Counselling that meets BACP (or equivalent) accreditation requirements Possess a NICE-compliant qualification; we're specifically looking for Counselling for Depression for this role Accredited by at least one of the following bodies: BACP (must be accredited, membership is not sufficient), NCS (Accredited Professional Registrant status is required), UKCP.
