You’ll provide strategic, pragmatic, and business-aligned sales leadership across the region, owning coverage to drive commercially sound delivery of complex power and temperature control solutions for our event customers.

What you’ll do as a Sector Account Specialist, Events:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure and grow key accounts sectors across the UK & Ireland.
2. Manage and expand existing major event accounts and cultivate new key accounts by building a robust network of contacts.
3. Represent Aggreko at industry meetings and conferences.
4. Lead bid and proposal teams for customer and account presentations, driving negotiations and account growth.
5. Support the development of the sales plan, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, delivering market analysis reports including potential accounts and market trending.
7. Work closely with the Global Accounts team to maximise opportunities within the region.
You are:
8. Demonstrable experience within the sporting/music events industry, coupled with a strong drive to build and nurture networks.
9. A sales expert with a proven ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast sales, and build strong client relationships that lead to revenue growth.
10. A strategic thinker with a clear understanding of current and future market trends, business landscapes, and specific client needs, capable of identifying and executing successful sales strategies.
11. Commercially astute, understanding industry trends, and customer behaviours.
12. Able to understand and articulate how Aggreko’s products and services match customer applications.
13. An excellent communicator, able to effectively build relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
