I will install updates, patches, and operating systems (Windows/Linux), plus security software. I will monitor complex environments and troubleshoot issues across hardware, networks, and applications. I will diagnose issues, carry out root-cause analysis, and implement fixes. I will manage backups, inventories, and hardware installs, which may occasionally involve lifting heavy equipment. I will maintain connectivity, document changes, and ensure smooth operations.
