Hours: 8.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Were looking for aProjects Administratorto join our clients team and play a key role in supporting service and maintenance contracts, as well as coordinating projects across the UK.
In this role, youll be the link between customerswho expect prompt, professional supportand the team of engineers, ensuring they have the right information, schedules, and resources to deliver outstanding results.
What youll do:
1. Process job sheets, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
2. Produce customer-facing paperwork, including certificates, reports, and job sheets.
3. Support the Service & Projects Manager in coordinating service contracts and scheduling engineer workloads.
4. Handle customer calls and emails professionally, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
5. Assist with emergency callouts, liaising between customers and engineers to meet agreed timeframes.
