This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast paced role and enjoys delivering a first class customer service experience. Duties include: • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email • Processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders • Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate CRM records • Supporting customer onboarding processes • Liaising with operations, sales, and finance teams To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role candidates must have previous customer driven skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach are essential. Intermediate Word and Excel and accurate data skills will also be required. Confident working in a busy, fast-moving environment is essential for the Customer Service Advisor role. Working Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 3:00pm this is a 24 hour per week office-based position. This is an excellent part time opportunity, with flexibility around start and finish times if needed.
