What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver the hospital’s private growth strategy
* Expand services, consultant engagement and patient volumes
* Strengthen PPG’s position as a value‑led alternative in private healthcare
* Balance commercial delivery with outstanding quality and patient experience
* Represent the hospital with credibility at senior, system and board level

Key Responsibilities
* Full accountability for hospital performance: clinical, operational, financial and commercial
* Leadership of patient safety, quality, governance and regulatory compliance
* Delivery of growth, efficiency and performance improvement plans
* Building and leading a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary leadership team
* Consultant engagement, performance and alignment
* Leading the hospital relocation and transformation programme
* Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience as a Hospital Director, Site CEO or equivalent senior leader within a private healthcare provider
* Demonstrable track record of leading a private hospital with full accountability for quality, operations and commercial performance
* Significant experience operating in a consultant‑led or mixed consultant model environment, with evidence of engaging, influencing and holding consultants to account
* Strong commercial acumen, including delivery against income, cost, EBITDA and growth targets within a competitive private healthcare market
* Credible experience leading large, complex, multi‑disciplinary hospital workforces, including senior clinical leaders
* Deep understanding of private healthcare governance, regulation, quality assurance and patient experience expectations
