About the role
As a Multi Skilled Plumber within our Planned Team (Bathrooms), you'll deliver high-quality bathroom refurbishments across occupied and void homes, using your plumbing and multi-trade skills to deliver work to an exceptional standard.
Working independently and as part of a team, you'll carry out work to a high standard while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a varied, field-based role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values quality and enjoys making a difference in customers' homes every day.

Customer Driven
You understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience, working respectfully in occupied homes and ensuring every refurbishment is completed to a high standard.
Accountability
You take ownership of your work, managing your workload effectively, working safely and delivering quality repairs and refurbishments within agreed timescales.
Develop & Learn
You're committed to maintaining high trade standards, keeping up to date with industry best practice and continually improving the quality of your work.
Champion Communication
You communicate confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues and the wider team to ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
You'll bring:
* NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Plumbing, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* Experience delivering bathroom refurbishments and working across a range of trades including tiling, patch plastering, flooring, carpentry or decorating.
* Experience working within occupied homes, social housing or domestic properties.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in the out of hours rota.
* A commitment to Equality and Diversity.

Pre employment requirements
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.
Working hours
You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
