What’s the role? Are you a dynamic and versatile Sales Account Manager who can nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes? This field-based role is the face of Hilti, part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain, focused on meaningful interactions with customers using a consultative approach to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.
You don’t need prior experience in the construction industry. We’re looking for someone who fits Hilti’s values—collaborative, curious, driven, and passionate about delivering results and great customer experiences. Training will cover the rest. You would be well-suited if you have customer-facing experience in any industry and a solution-oriented approach.

What does the role involve?
* You will be out in your designated region meeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailor-made solutions.
* You will demonstrate Hilti products and software, develop focus customers by building relationships, and uncover new business leads.
* You will manage the operational, organisational and strategic aspects of your sales area, fully utilizing Salesforce CRM.

What you need
Please note, to progress your application it is essential you:
* Have a full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel, as you will visit customers on-site Monday to Friday.
* Can provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for Account Manager roles due to minimum salary thresholds.
You will also need:
* Proven Sales Account Manager or other sales experience in any industry.
* Engineering, Construction or Technical background welcome, especially if you want to apply knowledge in a new direction.
* Solution-oriented approach to identify customer pains and provide best-fit solutions.
* Strong values: commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability to engage with customers from Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity, and a motivated approach to learning, development and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage time and priorities.
