This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday -Friday 9am-5.30pm. Our client is seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across their core business units: Commercial, IT & Operations, Finance, and HR. This vital cross-functional role demands exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. The successful Business Support Administrator will be responsible for: Provide cross‑department administrative and document support in line with ISO standards. Manage filing systems across SharePoint, PandaDoc, Adobe and MS Dynamics. Oversee daily office operations and act as main contact for suppliers. Carry out Fire Marshal and First Aider duties (training provided). Support commercial, finance and HR functions with documentation, onboarding and governance. Maintain document control, migrations, matrices and compliance records, including Health & Safety and performance documentation.
