 
        
        I am currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a firm near Attleborough – this is a lovely role where you will be a pivotal part of the team – you will advise and guide managers with recruitment, ER issues and performance management. This is a hands on role where you can make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include;
 * Provide generalist HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues.
 * Support employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
 * Coach line managers to manage HR issues confidently and effectively.
 * Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
 * Maintain accurate colleague records and company policies and provide support with HR administration.
 * Drive colleague engagement initiatives and support retention efforts.
 * Ensure compliance with employment law, company policy, and HR best practices.
 * Contribute to workforce planning and hiring strategies.
 * Holiday and sickness cover for Payroll.
