Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
* Be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and deliverables.
* Create a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs.
* Work as part of a team, ensuring retail operational standards on the shop floor and back‑of‑house are maintained.
* Play your part in sustaining the brand’s unique character and high standards.
About You
You are keen to work as part of a team and play your part in ensuring the retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times. Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realising your retail potential along the way.
