IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
• Be the first point of contact for all Health & Safety queries, ensuring smooth communication
• Manage administrative duties, including inbox management, document preparation, and meeting coordination
• Keep records and databases up to date, tracking key information on events, contractors, and training
• Coordinate First Aider & Responder training, ensuring adequate supplies and compliance
• Support policy and procedure development, assisting with documentation and updates
• Maintain internal H&S content, ensuring all information is current and accessible
• Be part of the First Aider & Fire Warden pool, stepping up when needed
