It's the perfect place to grow your career, collaborate with an energetic team, and enjoy a great work-life balance.What will you do?As our new Project Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to design offshore foundation construction processes and ensure seamless execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.Your main tasks include:Provide technical expertise for offshore construction methods and equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specificationsDevelop and review engineering and feasibility studies for sailing and jacking operations, optimizing installation processes and addressing potential challenges with support from skilled subcontractors and internal resourcesEngage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address technical queriesImplement and enforce safety protocols to ensure personnel well-being and compliance with industry safety standardsSupport quality control to ensure construction projects meet high-quality standards, including maintaining accurate project recordsOversee offshore equipment design, delivery and implementation as well as serve as a liaison between the vessel crew and office teamsMonitor equipment delivery, performance, and deviations from project objectivesIdentify opportunities for improvements, optimizations, cost savings, and innovation in operations as well as equipment design and developmentSupport the internal development of standards, methodologies, and documentation to improve overall Cadeler operations To succeed in this roleBeing part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition.
