This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with strong supervisory experience and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.
You will oversee afruit packing line, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, efficiency, and product quality. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure all packing targets and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate packing line staff to ensure an efficient workflow
2. Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet daily packing targets
