Join Our Team – Repairs Supervisor
We're looking for a skilled and motivated
Repairs Supervisor
to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties in Croydon. If you have solid experience in managing day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Your Role Will Include
* Leading a team of operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and void property refurbishments.
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
* Tracking performance, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Communicating effectively with tenants, housing teams, and external contractors to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
* Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
What We're Looking For
* SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – a must-have.
* Proven experience in social housing maintenance, including reactive repairs and voids.
* Strong understanding of multiple trades – kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and general building.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* A full UK driving licence.
