The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Supporting with community access, social activities, education, or employment
* Encouraging independence and decision-making
* Promoting safeguarding and well-being
* Working as part of a committed and friendly team
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from people with or without previous care experience – if you have the right values and attitude, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
You will need:
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings and weekends)
* A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
* A QCF level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential
* A valid Social Care Wales registration is desirable but not essential
