I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK housebuilder for a CRM & Sales Enablement Manager to support sales teams across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and the South West.
This is a regional, hands‑on role focused on ensuring Salesforce is used effectively on site to drive lead management, data quality, reporting and overall sales performance. This is not a technical Salesforce build or admin role. It’s a people‑facing position, working closely with sales teams to embed good CRM habits and support better commercial outcomes.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing sales teams, delivering training and using CRM data to improve performance across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the regional lead for Salesforce usage across sales teams and developments
* Delivering Salesforce training, inductions and refresher sessions
* Supporting sales teams to manage and progress leads effectively
* Monitoring CRM usage, compliance and data quality across sites
* Producing regular and ad-hoc reports for sales management
* Identifying underperforming sites and supporting improvements in lead conversion
* Representing the region on CRM working groups
* Working with IT and Marketing on system enhancements, testing and feedback
* Carrying out regular site visits and CRM audits
This role will suit candidates with:
* Hands‑on experience using Salesforce in a sales‑led environment
* Experience training, supporting or influencing sales teams
* Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
* A commercial mindset with an understanding of lead generation and conversion
* Confidence working across multiple sites and regions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience within housebuilding, property or a multi‑site sales environment is highly desirable, but not essential. Backgrounds in CRM enablement, sales operations or sales systems are particularly relevant.
Package:
* Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
