Key Responsibilities: As a CNC Programmer, youll be at the heart of production, ensuring high-quality machining and efficient operations:
* Work with modern CNC Machine Tools, both electrical and mechanical systems
* Program and operate Fanuc OI-TC and I series controls
* Cut a range of materials including aluminium and stainless steel
* Apply manual machining skills where needed
* Interpret drawings and tolerances accurately, adapting to special machining requirements
* Use precision measuring equipment for quality assurance
* Complete paperwork within ISO9001 & AS9100 standards
