We are looking for an in-house Consumer Insights Analyst to play a key role within our Data and Intelligence Team. This position is responsible for driving the strategic vision and data-driven decision making at Lyle & Scott. The primary focus will be to improve our understanding of the Lyle and Scott customer and to champion positive change. The successful candidate will leverage data insights to enhance customer understanding, optimise business processes and identify commercial opportunities. If you are an innovative thinker, detailed orientated, collaborative, proactive self-starter and an individual who thrives from working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer segmentation and monthly KPI tracking
2. Market research and trend analysis
3. Customer experience and journey
4. Proactively identifying opportunities and presenting findings to the Board and senior leadership
Qualifications / Experience:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Analytical mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Commercial Acumen and strong understanding of commercial principles
