Deputy Manager (Non-Clinical) Residential Care Home Location: High Peak Salary: £14.41 per hour Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week) We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established residential care home in the High Peak, supporting up to 36 residents with residential, respite, and dementia care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior or Deputy looking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation. What We Offer £14.41 per hour Pension scheme On-site parking Paid DBS Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract) Supportive and values-led working environment About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting the Home Manager and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will lead and inspire the care team, support compliance, and step into the Home Manager role when required. Weekend working and participation in the on-call rota are required.
