The role involves working across occupied and void properties in South Yorkshire, with a primary focus on replacing and installing fire doors to meet current fire safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Remove and install fire doors in line with fire safety standards.
Carry out associated joinery tasks such as fitting frames, architraves, and ironmongery.
Work independently across domestic properties, ensuring a high standard of finish.
Communicate professionally with tenants and housing staff.
Use a PDA or job management system to log completed work.
Requirements NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery.
Proven experience fitting fire doors in residential or social housing settings.
Full UK driving licence.
Good understanding of fire door installation to meet safety standards.
Ability to work in occupied homes with professionalism and care. xjlbheb
