Field Care Worker Supervisor A great opportunity for an experienced care professional with strong people skills and a passion for high-quality, person-centred community care. Ideal for someone confident with safeguarding, care planning, compliance and supporting field-based teams. If youve also worked in the following roles with some team leadership experience, wed also like to hear from you: Senior Carer, Care Team Leader, Senior Community Care Worker, Support Worker Team Lead, Healthcare Supervisor, Domiciliary Care Supervisor SALARY: £27,000 per annum pro rata On-Call Rate Benefits (see below) LOCATION: Covering West Dunbartonshire and East Dunbartonshire Area JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent PLEASE NOTE: You will need a full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Field Care Worker Supervisor supporting community services to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. As a Field Care Worker Supervisor you will carry out a blend of direct care and compliance duties, ensuring that service users receive compassionate support aligned with their individual care plans. The Field Care Worker Supervisor role involves conducting observations, mentoring staff, reviewing documentation and promoting best practice across the service while maintaining strong communication with colleagues, families and professionals.
