Member of the Quality Assurance (QA) team providing administration support to other members of the QA team and other functions on site including Manufacturing and Quality Control through cross functional meetings and processes. The role holder is responsibility for completion of tasks and activities to agreed timelines to support business processes as defined by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation. Workload is allocated/directed by the QA Supervisor. a)\tActive participation in the Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) activities for all QA functions\nb) Note taking, administration of tasks and closure of records with site systems for meetings chaired by the QA department \nc) Compilation of document packages for customer specific products\nv) Scanning, binding, laminating and issue of documents \ne) Answering queries and requests from various individuals and departments\nf) Administration of the Electronic Document Management System, with respect to site generated documentation, such as validation reports and controlled logbooks\ng) Administration of the document archive system to ensure all documents are traceable and easily retrievable\nh)\tAdministration of customer and internal audits to ensure all arrangements are made in advance of the audit\ni) Participation in preparation for customer and regulatory audits (e.g. ISO, EXCiPACT GMP, corporate etc) as required\nj) Administration of batch record management system within the QA team\nk)\tPerforming QA review of ancillary records (e.g. temperature, cleaning)\nl) Prioritisation of workload and time management\n The role holder will have a minimum of three National 5 qualifications at a minimum B level in English, Maths and a Science
