Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with your Account Manager to nurture strong relationships within your dedicated customer base, driving both customer satisfaction and account growth.
* Deliver exceptional service through open, honest communication and a genuine understanding of each customer's needs and expectations.
* Engage with customers across multiple channels - phone, email, and CRM systems - ensuring every interaction is professional, responsive, and consistent.
* Manage the full customer journey by processing orders, coordinating returns, and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes or recommend alternative products.
* Take ownership of customer issues by assessing priorities, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries quickly and efficiently to maintain trust and long-term loyalty.
Is confident using a PC, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - experience with SAP would be a real advantage.
* Enjoys investigating customer issues, identifying root causes, and finding effective solutions.
* Brings a friendly, professional, and approachable manner to every interaction.
* Is highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and stays calm under pressure.
