This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple payrolls with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Enhanced annual leave entitlement</li><li>Flexi-time policy</li><li>Quarterly attendance bonus and loyalty bonus</li><li>Group life assurance</li><li>Health cash plan</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Paid time off for medical appointments</li><li>Employee referral scheme</li><li>Ongoing training and career development opportunities</li><li>Family-friendly policies and parental leave</li><li>Health and wellbeing support initiatives</li></ul><h3>Duties</h3><ul><li>Manage the processing and delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Administer statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP.</li><li>Liaise with payroll providers, pension administrators and other external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage payroll-related benefits, deductions and employee queries.</li><li>Produce payroll reports and support month-end reconciliation activities.</li><li>Administer pension schemes, including auto-enrolment requirements.</li><li>Work closely with HR to support payroll processes throughout the employee lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain Time & Attendance records, including absences, annual leave and shift schedules.</li><li>Process agency worker timesheets and payroll-related documentation.</li><li>Support annual payroll activities, including salary reviews, P11Ds and benefit renewals.</li><li>Assist with audits and provide payroll data to external bodies as required.</li><li>Maintain payroll procedures and ensure compliance with current legislation.</li><li>Contribute to payroll, HR and continuous improvement projects.</li></ul><h3>Criteria</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements and pension obligations.</li><li>Experience working with payroll, HR and Time & Attendance systems.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to work.</li></ul><p>To be considered, apply here or contact Sophie Keogh at Cpl NI.</p></div>
