£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location- Henley on Thames – Hybrid 2 or 3 days in depending on preference

The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a data-driven CRM professional to take ownership of customer retention and loyalty strategies for one of Britain's most respected luxury brands. The successful candidate will have considerable autonomy to shape and execute sophisticated CRM programmes that deepen customer relationships and drive long-term value.
They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive retention strategies, leveraging advanced segmentation and personalisation techniques to create meaningful customer journeys that reflect the brand's premium positioning.
