What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead and manage a team to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting
* Support the Finance Manager in preparing information for customer meetings and JMRs
* Own and reconcile payroll, agency, and operational trackers
* Provide proactive financial insights to support decision-making
* Support budgeting and forecasting for GXO and customer projects
* Drive continuous improvement across the financial process
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong demonstratable experience in a similar finance role
* Experience with open book accounting and account preparation
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Part-qualified CIMA
* Experience in managing a team
* Excellent communication and time management skills
